Gloucestershire Foundation Stage ICT Maps
Foundation stage
These materials were developed by colleagues in Gloucestershire LEA to support the use of ICT to enhance learning and teaching in the Foundation stage. They are intended to give a range of examples to develop ICT use in the six areas of learning and not to replace the Curriculum Guidance for the Foundation Stage.
The documents extend the examples in the Curriculum Guidance for the Foundation Stage by grouping the examples into the ICT skills of modelling, communication, handling and control. Colleagues using these materials will also wish to view the video clips on the Foundation Stage section of the ICT CD ROMs which will be available in September from Prolog (Telephone 0845 60 222 60 or e-mail dfes@prolog.uk.com giving reference DfES 0473-2004).
Barnet Foundation Stage and ICT Medium Term plan
These materials were developed by colleagues in Barnet LEA to support the use of ICT to enhance learning and teaching in the Foundation stage. They are intended to give a range of examples to develop ICT use in the six areas of learning to support colleagues’ use of the Curriculum Guidance for the Foundation Stage.
